About the Student Help Desk
Student Help Desk staff provide computing assistance with troubleshooting via telephone support, as well as walk-up, email, and web-based support. For after hours support, the Help Desk provides voicemail, email, an online forum, with a response time of one business day.Unfortunately, we can not offer hardware repair, nor can we assist with unsupported software issues, but we can help you find outside help for this work.
The goal of the Student Help Desk is to support the students of St. Mary's by providing excellent customer service with a smile. This means that any problems and questions will be resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible. Documentation of all reported problems, questions, and resolutions are maintained and used to provide future direction for training, staffing, and communications.

The Student Help Desk is located in Baltimore Hall. The entrance is on path under the Library through the double glass doors.
