The Student Help Desk at St. Mary's College of Maryland
The Student Help Desk is a resource for the students of St. Mary's College. Student Help Desk staff provide computing assistance for troubleshooting via telephone support, as well as walk-up and e-mail support. We do not offer walk-up support for personal computer troubleshooting problems. Personal computer troubleshooting (if they require more than the phone assistance) must be made by appointment. For after hours support, the Help Desk provides voicemail and e-mail, responding within the next business day.
Before contacting the Student Help Desk:
- Check all cables to make sure everything is securely connected
- Restart your computer/printer
- Run anti-spyware programs
- Run an anti-virus scan
- Check the links at the left for a solution to your problem
